Also known as Batelle Duroc Berkshire Pork, this premium piece of pork features a superior marbling that gives it the utmost tenderness and juiciness. It goes well with almost any type of cooking and is a staple for any discerning meat-lover. We have observed that it remains a favourite among our customers and one of the few products that has survived our everchanging menu. If you're still not convinced, this pork chop is also devilishly easy to cook. A pinch of salt, a dash pepper, and you're good to go.

Serving Suggestion:

1. Defrost product.
