Serving Suggestion: 

1. Defrost product for a maximum of 10-15 mins.

2. Season foie gras slices generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

3. Preheat your pan over high heat and sear foie gras slies for 1-2 mins per side until it's browned.

4. Serve with sides of your choice as required.

Additional Tips: Serve on a toast with fruit jam or berry compote and enjoy it over a glass of sweet wine like Riesling or champagne.
