Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon Le Beurre Bordier Vanilla Butter
1 cup of berries
1/2 tablespoon sugar powder
Procedures:
Pre heat your oven at 180c for 10 minutes.
Combine flour, sugar, salt, egg, milk into a mixing bowl.
Whisk for 3 mins.
Heat up the skillet (make sure the handle of your skillet is suitable for oven as we will be putting the whole skillet into the oven later, alternatively you may use a baking dish).
Add 1 tablespoon of butter into the skillet.
Once the butter starts to bubble, pour the mixture into the pan through a sieve for a smoother texture.
Place the skillet into the oven for 5-8 minutes at 180c oR until the pancake looks like a fluffy pillow.
Be careful when removing the skillet from the oven as the handle will be very hot.
The Dutch pancake will starts deflating the moment you remove it from the oven (do not panick, its normal).
Add your preferred berries and sprinkle with sugar powder.
