Ingredients:
2-3 potatoes
1/2 a block of Le Beurre Bordier Butter
Pink salt
Black pepper
Procedures:
Grate the raw potatoes using a grater
Squeeze out the excess liquid with your hands or a milk bag
Transfer the potatoes into a mixing bowl
Melt the butter on a heated skillet
Pour the melted butter into the mixing bowl, add salt and pepper and mix well with the potatoes
Scatter the mixer into the skillet
Cook for 8-10 minutes on medium low heat or until the underside is golden
Use a large size plate, place on top of the skillet and flip
Cook for another 8-10 minutes, repeat the flipping procedure until the outer layer is crisp, golden and brown.
Serve and enjoy while its hot.

Goes really well with Sriracha chili sauce!
